I am currently in my mid-thirties. I had two girls in my early 20s and weighed as high at 190. I got divorced around age 28 and in about 1 year my weight dropped to 135 and I was a size 10. My company recently started a weightloss challenge among all the associates. They recommended SparkPeople and I am so excited about using it to change my lifestyle. I have realized that I am no longer dieting. I am working toward a healthier lifestyle.

My Program:
I have several cardio tapes and/or DVDs that I have acquired over the years. I use one for a month and then move onto the next one. I also alternate with the SparkPeople recommended stength training program. I am tracking my food every day. It is great. I have lost over 40 pounds and really am about half way to my goal.

Hey, Thanks fro dropping by, our house is struggling right now, we have had no ED since June 4th, and every one is getting a bit stressed. We are a great team, and do all we can, but it gets tough after a while. The diet is gone by the wayside for now, I have gained a few pounds back, but have not give up, just taking a break. I appreciate you sending a note, maybe itis time for me to get back on the road again.. Thanks again!

I to have high cholesterol, pre-diabetic, thyroid problems, and is over weight, i also have heel spurs, so hopefully if we keep on going we all can lose the weight we want to! emoticon
