I just popped by to say hi and see how things are going. Great job with the weight loss! Just remember that more than 2 a week can be unhealthy if you are not being monitored by your health care provider. (Occaisionally losing more is no big deal, but consistently can cause issues) We all want to lose the weight, but we need to do it smartly and stay healthy! Take care, and 1305 days ago
