My Goals:

Fitness goal: hit the gym 5x a week - ST each body part 2x per week, cardio 3-4x per week.

Nutrition goal: limit treats to 1-2x per week, including dining out. 1500 cal per day on avg.

Tentative goal date: WEDDING!

My Program:
Strength training: 2-3x per week. Full body routine or upper/lower split. Low-moderate reps (6-10).

Cardio: 3-4x per week. 2 HIIT, 2 SS. Treadmill or the upright bike.
