I live to RUN and run to LIVE!

My name is Nicholas and I have been on this health journey since August 6, 2009. Standing at 5 feet 8 inches, my starting weight was 270.4 pounds. After proving to myself I could lose 100 pounds, I began to concentrate on my body composition.

I started running June 1, 2010, and I was hooked! I hope to inspire and motivate others in my quest to run 50 races this year. I truly believe I was born to run!

just came across your page. It was reccomended by spark. So glad I did. You have done amazing. I would like to start running. I have a goal to complete 5 5k's for 2013 but I can run more than a few telephone poles. Any ideas on how I should train?
