where there is a will, there is a way!
I'm in med school and I have learned that you can be very busy and completely lose sight of all the things that are important to a good healthy life. I spend my whole days sitting and studying and I realized that I need to try to get more active and make healthy eating a cornerstone part of my life. I spend my whole days sitting and studying and I realized that I need to try to get more active and make healthy eating a cornerstone part of my life. I feel that I owe it to my future patients to work as hard as I can to show it can be done, and not set a bad example. Currently I'm doing the Jillian Michaels 'Body Revolution', which consists of 30 min daily workouts which I think I can manage. I'm going to try to stick to that!

I love movies. I don't care if it's on DVD or in the theaters- i just think that they are great! I also love going to resaurants. It's not even about the food as much as it is just about being able to spend time with friends and talk in a relaxed setting.
