Thank you for your comment on my blog...yep you do "have to kick your on butt every now and then" emoticon I was sick for a month and a half with the worst flu ever and Sunday was the first day I could do a workout...it feels SOOOOOO good to b e able to work again emoticon so may I ask how you workout? Gym or dvds?
