My Goals:
- Learn to cook a few basic, healthy meals that I can cook on my own in my apartment this fall.

- Continue exercising regularly, especially cardio.

- Track my food intake and stay within the goals set here!

My Program:
Currently I'm just noticing what I eat and making changes, trying to choose healthier foods and cut back on sweets.

I completed the couch-to-5K program a few weeks ago, and have consistently been running about 3 miles a few times each week since then, but now that it's summer and warmer it's a lot more challenging to get outside and run!

I'm also starting more strength training in my program.
