Shedding 30 in my 30's
I am a happily married with two beautiful children. I left the workforce 4 years ago to stay at home with them. Since then, I have been maintaining a weight that I am not satisfied with. Not gaining, not losing- just stuck. I hope this site can educate me and connect me with people whom are in the same boat wanting to be healthier and lose those last 20 or 30 lbs. that they have been carrying too long.
