I'm back and ready to lose weight and be proud of my body!

I'm now using a bodymedia armband, which tracks all calories burned. I love the geek factor, feels more fun to me :)

Also I am working at least two days a week, on my feet, which is burning lots of extra calories. Add that to hoop class on Thurs, yoga most Weds, and whatever else I can fit in, I'm staying really active :)

My Goals:
To lose 1 to 2 lbs a week, while regaining tone and strength.

I want to be comfortable wearing whatever I want, whenever, without thinking about if it will look fat or ugly. No, I'M GOING TO, not I want to.

My Program:
First, increasing excersize and water, and slowly changing diet (already pretty healthy).

Still really working on the excersize and water, going back and forth on how well I do it seems.
