More than I ever expected!

Here's to the first step in realizing what's important in life! I joined the Spark a little over one year ago, and since then have hit my weight loss goal and am now striving to maintain! It has truly been a mental journey as well as a physical one, and changing my mindset on health and weight loss was the way to go.

Now, 1.5 years later, I am glad that I finally found the Spark! It has helped me readdress these issues in my life and change my lifestyle to one where I can be ...

Now, 1.5 years later, I am glad that I finally found the Spark! It has helped me readdress these issues in my life and change my lifestyle to one where I can be healthy but not deprive myself of an occasional indulgence. I've learned the art of effective and intense exercise, both cardio and weight-based, and it has been a wonderful thing. As I got these fantastic results from Sparkpeople, I looked back to may favorite workouts (go Beachbody) and decided I would share my story and advice with others! I joined Team Beachbody as an Independent Coach, became certified to teach TurboKick and Hip Hop Hustle, and am ready to take on the next challenge!

Hi , stopping by to see how your doing. We are on vacation ---actually heading up to meet our new granddaughter & spend some time with her in the mountains of WV. Then later returning to Franklin, NC for a mini vacation with my DH. This is our first vacation in 3 years --- much earned I would say.

Hey! Yep! That was me in WOWY. One of my New Year resolutions was to log into WOWY more often. So far...so good. I started PUMP Monday and yesterday was Flow which is their yoga. I just can't do yoga. I don't know why, but I can't. Anyway, I stopped and jumped on the treadclimber with Jillian instead. Love that! I have to sweat to feel good, you know?
