Staying Healthy

In the last year, I have made huge changes in my life. I have lost 45 pounds, started running and really thinking about nutrition and what I put into my body. It has been the best, most exciting year of my life and I want to make sure I can keep up the momentum.

I see that you are doing the Indy Mini. So am I! I did the training 5k yesterday. Are you planning on doing the 10k or 15k before the half?
