I have 2 boys that I love very much but I gained 20 lbs from each pregnancy and now have a lot to lose. I need to lose it now.

My Goals:
to make my health a conscious priority every day.
to lower my cholesterol
to lose weight
to improve cardiovascular health
to improve strength
to help my husband stay motivated too
to lower stress
to get into healthier habits
to be able to wear (comfortably) even my smallest clothes (size 4/6)


My Program:
*being thoughtful about what I eat - staying in my ranges and watching cholesterol, saturated fat, fiber, and sodium intake too
*exercising more- specifically that means:
four 60 min of exercise per week- classes include cardio and weight training
*drawing the line- "that is good enough for now" - in work and at home
*making my health a priority every day- even if that means sacrificing in other areas (like house-cleaning)
*not giving in to emotional eating- from stress and exhaustion
