Living Healthy, Feeling Good

I'm Abigail. Though I've spent most of my life at a healthy weight, I have had my weight fluctuate to an unhealthy level about 3 times. I believe this was due to a combination of being a full-time student, full-time employee, and being in a relationship. I'm learning to balance these things so that I do not use them as excuses to not maintain a healthly lifestyle.

My Goals:
I am trying to get back into modeling for photography and art students, as well as doing some strictly for profit. I'd like to look healthy for these shoots. Ideally, I'd like to do some fitness modeling.

My Program:
I aim to do at least 20 minutes of cardio every day (which I normally surpass) as well as do strength training every other day.

Personal Information:
I'm currently living in the Dayton, Ohio area. I work full-time in Cincinnati, Ohio and, I am a full-time grad student online. Both are stressful. I'm single so I don't have the added stress of a relationship.
