Hi! Thanks for the comments on my blog and pix. Im actually 25lbs bigger than those pix now. Had a rough year in the weight dept...but Im trying to get back. The water is easy cuz i sit at a desk all day at work so I keep a 64oz water bottle with me and an empty glass (i find its much easier and faster to guzzle down water from a glass than a bottle) and just keep refilling. I drink 2 bottles which is 16 glasses. The trick is to make sure you always keep larger bottles with you. The normal 16oz water bottles never work because you tend to either (a) get too lazy to refill or (b) are satisfied with the 2 glasses so you don't feel like you need anymore. Weightloss is really all about mind over matter. You have to trick your brain sometimes ;)
So how are you? Seems like you've been away for so long. I loved the pillar pic. I'm from Kerala actually so its really neat that you spent some time in Kochi. Do you live there or just visited?
