To work out at least 3 times per week for 1 to 2 hours. cardio and weight training.
Swim or jog at least one time every other week.
Track my food, to be accountable for what I am eating.

Other Information:
I love chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven. This is one of my downfalls, I usually don't stop at one.
I love to go hiking, but my knees don't love it as much as they use to. I also love to swim--it's relaxing and refreshing.
