Summer 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment

I am going to try the 5% challenge again. My game plan is to take Jack for at least a 2 mile walk 5 days per week. Along with this, I plan to add running 3 miles 3 or 4 times per week. I really need to add strength training to this. I hope to do strength training at home every other day for at least 20 minutes.

My Goals:
I want to lose 7 more pounds to reach my goal.

My other goal is to gain strength and develop some muscle. I would love to have sculpted calves. And my husband would like that too!

Last, but not least, completely run a 5K.

My Program:
Spring 5% Challenge:

Increase my workouts. Or at least be more consistent.

Stay within my suggested calorie range. To do this, I will track my food each day. I will also add more fruits and vegetables to my diet.

I will visit team members Sparkpages as often as I can.

Personal Information:
I live in Northeast Texas. Born and raised in the same town. I am not working at the present. So I have been able to exercise and plan my meals with ease. Which is great! Taking a little time off, but will begin looking for a job soon.

Other Information:
I also sell Avon, which allows me to meet other people. I enjoy the people aspect of my AVON business.
