SP is a great site with everything you need to help you reach your goals. Members here are supportive and helpful. We are all in this together.
A good way to stay motivated and accountable is to be active on your Spark Teams.
Also, the Nutrition and Fitness trackers are really helpful tools to keep you on your path.
