Time To GET SERIOUS

I recently found out that I am now prediabetc. I do not want to spend the rest of my life feeling bad and on medications. I am here to get it together. I am not motivated by looks, becaouse I don't feel as if I am unattractive, so getting my health back has got to be my motivation.

My Goals:
My 1st goal is to make it through today with in my calorie range!

My goal for the week is to exercise 3 times!

My goal for the month is to lose 10 lbs!

My 3 month goal is to get fasting sugars below 100.

My Program:
I am going to journal every day (good and bad)

I am going to strength train 3 times per week and Cardio 3x/wk.

I am going stick with my calorie allowance and plan meals for the day!

I am going to stop "beating" myself up for things outside of my control!
