I am changing my life through exercise and finally seeing the results I deserve.

Cannot speak highly enough of :
1. Finding an activity that YOU like enough to do 4-5 times a week. For some, this is running. For some, it's the classes at their gym.
2. Adding a good nutrition shake to your diet as a snack or meal replacement. Shakeology is the best on the market. I love it so much that I sell it.
3. Accountability. Even if you don't work out with others, if you ...

I''m in Chicago & go to Bally''s. I have a very busy work schedule, but look forward to the days when I can work out. I''ve been working out since I was 13 but am only beginning to understand nutrition.

Other Information:
Movie buff and music buff. I am a fountain of worthless pop culture trivia. I am also addicted to my Tivo--a must for anyone trying to fit exercise in. You aren''t a slave to your TV since you can always watch when you come home.

Thanks for stopping by my page to let me know that I helped in a small way. It really helps me to be a part of the others here, like putting out into the world what you want to get back. When I see other people's struggles, I feel like I need to say something because I know that I'm going to have struggles of my own to overcome, and I hope I'll either remember what I once said or that those people will remind me.
