Reading is my passion. I teach Language Arts to Special Needs Students and English Language Learners. THE LORD OF THE RINGS has been my favorite since 8th grade! Love the movies, too.
Change is good, but don't overwhelm yourself with too many at one time-take it slow and easy! Start out with just 10 mins. extra movement, then add water intake, etc. Do it slow but steady! You can do this this thing, but be patient with yourself, you are your own best friend! Don't be afraid to reach out and touch your friends, we're here for you!!!!
