This year I hope to finally reach my goal and stay there! About 4 years ago I lost weight to get to my goal of 120lbs. It was so delicious and easy. But I got lazy and here I am again back at 136lbs. Being only 4'11", that's a number I don't like to see on the scale. Now I am 4 years older so it's getting harder to lose. Oh, and did I mention my husband owns a pizza place that has tons of other fast food choices? Try losing weight when Free Food is less than 2 miles from home!! ...

SparkPeople is my chance to change the things in my life that need to be changed and live with the things that can't change. 2007 is definately My Year!

My main goal is to lose my belly. Butt and thighs would be good too, but I'm taking Baby Steps!
My Program:
Hit the Treadmill 6 days a week - about 45 minutes a day. Watch what I eat and keep it in my SparkPeople Journal.

Love my Pizza Guy and Two Beautiful, Super Smart Kids and my Precious Kitty whose attitude is at least as big as mine!
