We were recently blessed with the birth of my daughter in November 2012. It was the most amazing experience I have ever had. What I didn't count on was just how much muscle strength and endurance that I lost during the pregnancy. The extreme heat and weather patterns along with developing Plantar Fasciitis took a major toll on my fitness. I was unable to get outdoors and walk which is my favorite thing to do in the warmer months. Now that my baby is adjusting to naptime, I have found that I now have time to get in a workout a few days per week. That combined with getting back into Intuitive Eating, I will get back into the shape that I was prior to pregnancy as well as hopefully my pre-baby jeans!

Fitness Minutes: 130

My Goals:
* Walk and/or Jog 3- 5k events in 2013
* Make it back to my pre-pregnancy jean size
* Be able to walk 3-5 miles a day most days
* Above all, enjoy the journey! The ending isn't the goal, how I spend the time getting there, is!
* Family First!!! They are more important than numbers!!!!!!!!!!

My Program:
I enjoy walking, biking, Leslie Sansone DVDs, and strength training. I am using Cathe Friedrich and Gilad DVDs for my strength work.

I would also like to get into pilates. I've tried many times but perhaps someday soon it'll actually stick!

I am a proud and happy Mother and House Wife!

Other Information:
I believe whole-heartedly in Inutitive Eating and Living!!! I have FMS and a history of EDs and since finding HAES and IE, my life has been so much more balanced and peaceful. It's not the numbers that count, it's how I live my life that does. My goals are my own and as long as that is what I stay true to, it doesn't matter what others think and feel.
