Hi my name is Abby,
I can't remember the last time i weighed less than 160 lbs. I am 5'5" so that means for as long as i can remember i've been over weight. Something im really not proud of. I can honestly say that after joining spark I've learned so much about my own health and fitness. I feel so blessed to have so much support from spark friends and my family. It feels great. I've been here about a month or so but I plan on staying here for a long time!

I just started a challenge on my TurboFire group....the "February 3-5 pound Turbo Fire Challenge" and my goal is to lose 5 lbs! I know I can do it! :) I love these challenges, they motivate us to set our goals and to reach them! So good luck to everyone!

My Goals:
Lose 3-5 lbs every month and reach my goal weight by 10/27/13


My Program:
-I will workout 5-6 days per week, take one day off :)
-eat a max of 1700 calories per day.
-have a high fiber high protein diet.


Personal Information:
I was born in Mexico but raised in Houston, TX. I've never lived anywhere else but hope to one day travel.
I am happily married and have two beautiful children. :)

Other Information:
I love going to Church and singing to God. I'm not a great singer or anything but I do it with all my heart for God. I owe Him my life, the life of my kids and everything I have is because of him. Because of His love, and his mercy is why I am still here. I have nothing in me that I could give, the only thing I give is my heart and my life as a living sacrifice each and everyday....still seems like is not enough to say Thanks for all He does for me.

Hey sorry it took me a few days to get back. I hear ya. I am really not doing well this summer and it has got to change. I'll do great one week and gain 2 pounds the next. uugh. I need to just make a committment from here on to make it better. I have 2.5 months before I go back to school and I want to at least look a little different. How was your week?
