Living Long and Healthy

I've always been a pretty healthy person but back in college I got to a point when I over worried about my weight. At that point I ate whatever I wanted and didn't care. I gained 20+ pounds and am still trying to get back down to my average weight of 130 that I used to be.

My last summer of college I saw a TV add for 10 minute Trainer and bought it. I thought this would be perfect for when I don't have time when school started. I also did have a gym membership but I hardly ...

My last summer of college I saw a TV add for 10 minute Trainer and bought it. I thought this would be perfect for when I don't have time when school started. I also did have a gym membership but I hardly went and working out at home was the perfect fit. Since 10 minute Trainer from BeachBody, I never looked back on their products and are loving them. I'm currently doing their new workout called Turbo Fire.

I went to school for pyschology and now I'm looking to get a career into event planning. I work at one of the farmers' markets in my home town of Green Bay and it's great.

I also love helping others out and even though I struggle with remembering to stay the course in my weight lose. Helping you achieve your goals is just as rewarding for me as if they were my own goals. Beachbody has given me the opportunity to help others and help fight the battle of obesity in America.

My Goals:
I want to get back down to 130 of what I used to average while growing up/before college. I also want to tone up and have the abs that I've never had before.

My Program:
Starting to do P90X and Turbo Fire Hybrid. My cardio will be a HIIT workout and my weight training days will be P90X. For my recovery weeks I have not decided yet which programs I'll do. :O)
