My Goals:
Lose 87 pounds so that I can keep up with my three very active blessings! Lose the weight by:
3 Interval Workouts per week
2 ST Workouts per week
1 Long Run or Event per week
12 glasses of water per day
5 freggies per day
7 hours of sleep each night!




My Program:
Drink minimum of 8 glasses of water every day. Get 7 hours of sleep every night. Do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 days per week, preferably 7.
