Thanks for the blog comment on the heel thing. Its better but still bothering me, which is just annoying. My heel doesn't really hurt, I can just feel that something isn't quite normal about it, and its been like this for 3 weeks now. Aw well, it'll have to go away eventually. Thanks!
Reading a couple of your recent blogs, looks like you might be getting a little discouraged at the slow progress. Keep in mind: you are already at a healthy weight! Your body wants to stay where its at currently. Now, I completely understand the mentalitly that good isn't good enough and wanting to strive for even better, but that is going to be very slow. For me, I lost weight quick down to 165, and then I stalled out to get to 155, and then drastic to cut to 148 make featherweigh (which may have been stupid). Just keep doing what you're doing and don't let the scale get you down. Think of how you feel now, much better right? The physical results you want will come with a little more patience. 1370 days ago
