I just joined an old friend's weight loss challenge that expires on Easter Sunday. What a wonderful way to celebrate the joyful Holiday than to buy a new SMALLER dress?! Oh, and I forgot to mention there's a cash prize....can we say motivation?! (1/12/10)

I feel very empowered this week, almost like I've had the "IT" realization...that I'm wasting time feeling frumpy and unhappy in my overweight self. I've stopped weighing myself everyday and the challenge of "how much will I lose this week?" echoes in my mind with EVERY bite I eat. (1/6/10)

Welcome to my fun little weight loss page. I'm Abbie...after successfully losing weight after my 2 boys, I'm now on my 3rd and final journey after my daughter's birth 5 months ago to get to my goal weight and stay there. I *think* that 145 is attainable, but I might adjust it depending on how I feel the closer I get. For the first time ever, I have a goal of muscle toning. That is still a scary goal to even type at this point, but with my hubby's encouragement and (hopefully) a new Wii I can get there.

I'm a happily married Mommy of 3 in Georgia. I work part-time as an office manager and I make and sell jewelry on the side.

I've been-there-done-that with WW, but have decided that I don't need a program to police everything I do and then charge me for it! SP is much more encouraging for me and I'm so happy that I made the decision to join. That was a huge step in the right direction!
