WOO! HOO! I have made it to yet another day. I have spent too much time thinking about a future that I may not be giving myself. My tale was one of a wasted life. Today is a new day. I will make the best of today. I vow to LIVE!!!!! I want to laugh, play, and spend time with my family. I will make the best choices for my body and my family. Why wait until I lose 50 more pounds to be active?? I'm not going to get active sitting on the sofa. Obstacles are only obstacles until you conqure them. And Conqure them, I will!
Remember that today is your chance to take charge of your life! You are not in this alone. Keep positive. Let everyone see the person that you are and have always been. Make better choices so you can live to choose another day.

The Insulin-Resistance Diet by Cheryle R. Hart, M.D. and Mary Kay Grossman, R.D.. This book has really helped me figure out what kind of eating is best for my body.
The Gleason's Gym Total Body Boxing Workout for Women by Hector Roca and Bruce Silverglade. I love boxing and I love this book it is full a wonderful quotes to keep you moving.
You Staying Young by Michael F. Roizen and Mehmet C. Oz. This book is very imformative.
LL Cool J's Platium Workout by LL Cool J and Dave Honig. I really like this one plus you get to look at LL Cool J!! Woo Hoo bonus!

I am Happy!! I will be healthy. I will run a 5K. I will show my family a better life. I will be the wife my husband deserves. I will be happy with today and happy with what choices I have made. It is up to me.
*Take my meds. for the PCOS
*Get at least an hour of exercise in a day.
*Play hard with my family.
*Limit my carbs
*Watch what I eat
*Stay in touch with all of my SP friends and offer support.
On April 24,2009 I will be 30 years old. I have 3 beautiful children and a wonderful husband. I have twin girls, Caitlin and Caylin they are 9 years old. My son is 6 his name is Harrison. We live in a small town in Kentucky and we are of course huge Kentucky Wildcat Fans!! Go Cats!! We are a Catholic family and try to be as involved as we can. I truely feel that you get what you give. I am trying my best to be a good person. I also feel that it is our job to take care of others. We all have times that we need help.
My iPod and my Polar F6 heartrate monitor are two of my best tools. I love them. My hobbies are playing the Wii, reading, watching movies,and photography.I like to go on long drives and I love all things WATER. We love to fish, swim, boat, and float. We also spend a lot of time studing with our children and are very involved in all of their activities.
