My Goals:
-Work out every day, at LEAST 30 minutes.
-Clean eating.
-Stay in calorie range.
-Enjoy it!


My Program:
Eating Clean, Fresh and Healthy and staying within 1500 calorie range per day. The goal is to get a differential average of 3500 calories per week = 1lb. loss per week. HIIT, Yoga and Body Weight Exercises at least 5 days a week with optional cardio (at least 30 minutes) two days a week. Exercise everyday!
