Hoping for a new way of life

Hi, I'm Jill, a 44 year old mom of 10 year old boy/girl twins. I've always battled my weight, but since gaining 50+ pounds since the end of an unhappy marriage and divorce I wonder what I was so concerned about way back when. I've had trouble finding motivation and sticking to any program in recent years and am hoping to find something special here.

Hi! I'll be a member of the 40 somethings for a few more months. By August I'll need to switch to a 50 something team. SP has been the key for me in making healthier choices. I used it to lose 20 pounds in 2003, but quit. I plan to stay with it this time. I live in Edgewood and my daughters are 13 and 17 (until she turns 18 on Wednesday).

just wanted to say hello. we've got similar weight loss goals and i've had a hard time getting anything to stick. i am better motivating other people rather than myself.
