I live in Panama City, FL and I'm working on losing 129 pounds. I'm down 32 pounds as of 8/12/12, and I'm confident I'm going to go all the way! I've cut out most processed food, substituting a lot of fresh foods that I make myself, and I'm enjoying long walks with my family. If there are any people nearby who would like a workout/diet buddy, let me know! I plan to update my progress pictures once a month.

My Goals:
To change the way I eat forever. I only want to put whole foods in my body, no mixes, white flour, white sugar, etc. I'm making exercise something I do naturally.

My Program:
So far I have limited meals out to once a week or less and my husband and I walk 2 miles every other day. Next week we plan to add in weight training on the other days.

Hi! Do you still use this, or are you using another website or an app now? I was thinking about joining myfitnesspal (app), but I haven't really looked into it yet. I need to do something though.

Nevermind. I just looked at myfitnesspal, and it wants to be able to take pictures and record audio from my phone. I won't be using that.

Okay, the holidays are over, and I'm ready to finish what I started. I weighed in today, and I'm back to my pre-holiday weight (yay breastfeeding!).

We went for a little one mile hike at Silver Lake on Sunday, and it was awesome! I didn't realize how much I missed our walks. Of course, we weren't planning to and didn't bring the stroller, so I carried Gibby on my shoulders part of the way and carried Kaida part of the way. I've been sore this week, and I JUST remembered why.

Anyway, what's new with you??

Yay!! I'm happy you got in your walk. I love that feeling I get after working out. It helps my mental state tremendously.

I wish I didn't have a sweet tooth either. I fully believe that's why I'm overweight because I don't eat badly otherwise.

Cangrats on your weight loss too!! I'm glad things feel differently this time because you have made a lifestyle choice! Woo hoo!
