This is my year. I had to have my right knee replaced last year due to my weight. I am not going to have my left one replaced I am going to get down to 135lbs.
First Goal: 229 by March 8th
Second Goal: 219 by March 29th
I will continue to add goals as I achieve each one of these.
I am logging all the food I eat to hold me accountable to my calorie intake. Making sure to get in my fruits & veggies and at least 8 glass of water. I am also exercise every day for a 30min per day. I am trying to make sure that I get any extra walking in that I can at work. Taking the long way to the other office. Climbing stairs or walking at the gym during lunch. Any extra exercise I can get in to keep me from sitting all day since I am a secretary.
