My Goals:
Goal 1- under 200lbs by new years.... I want to wear a little black dress Well it may not be little but you know what I mean!! Goal 2- Hit my goal weight of 170 by april 2011 Try My hardest to eat better on the weekend.
My Program:
Go to the gym M-F after work and befor school for at least 30 min. Friday at least 1 hr and at least 2 days of ST. Watch my calorie intake and sodium
