I'm Back

So, after losing a lot of weight with the help of Spark, and keeping it off for quite a while, I fell off the wagon. Then I found out that I was pregnant (which unfortunatly I used as an excuse to stay off the wagon). I did exactly what I swore I would never do: I ate whatever I wanted and didn't exercise while prego. Therefore, I gained about 55 pounds! Zoey is three months old now, and I weigh more now than I ever have before, excluding durring the actual pregnancy and week following. Yikes! ...

It won't be easy, what with being a mom now and all, but I have to try!

Step 1, exercise a minimume of 10 minutes per day and get back into the habit of tracking my food.

Step 2, exercise a minimum of 20 minutes per day and continue tracking my food, doing some planning ahead.

Step 3, exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day and get back to planing my entire daily food input the day before.

People come and people go,
In and out of your life and so,
When one shines bright among the rest,
And is there when needed, youíre truly blessed.
That is how I see you, friend of mine,
And why Iím sending this Valentine.

Happy Valentines Day

Hey!

Yes I appreciate your response. I have had this for over a year now. I guess you could say that I am dealing ok with it. It is hard to find the type of foods that I need to eat for better comfort. I am from a small town. Savannah has a few good markets. The biggest changes I have made is no regular bread. I eat rice bread and use rice pasta. I have read that many overweight women struggle to lose the weight with this condition. Many have sensitive stomachs to fiber. I find it hard to get full at times. I think it's awesome you have done so well. I chat with a yahoo group from Australia and a lot of their information has been helpful. I will try to check the SP FM page as often as I can. Keep in touch! emoticon
