I'm Back
So, after losing a lot of weight with the help of Spark, and keeping it off for quite a while, I fell off the wagon. Then I found out that I was pregnant (which unfortunatly I used as an excuse to stay off the wagon). I did exactly what I swore I would never do: I ate whatever I wanted and didn't exercise while prego. Therefore, I gained about 55 pounds! Zoey is three months old now, and I weigh more now than I ever have before, excluding durring the actual pregnancy and week following. Yikes! ...

I did exactly what I swore I would never do: I ate whatever I wanted and didn't exercise while prego. Therefore, I gained about 55 pounds! Zoey is three months old now, and I weigh more now than I ever have before, excluding durring the actual pregnancy and week following. Yikes! I really need to get back on track. It won't be easy, what with being a mom now and all, but I have to try! Step 1, exercise a minimume of 10 minutes per day and get back into the habit of tracking my food. Step 2, exercise a minimum of 20 minutes per day and continue tracking my food, doing some planning ahead. Step 3, exercise a minimum of 30 minutes per day and get back to planing my entire daily food input the day before.

My Goals:
My number one goal is to get a balanced diet (even with the fructose restrictions) and exercise to be healthy.
My Program:
SparkPeople is helping me to ensure that I'm meeting my nutritional needs with my fructose-restricted diet. I exercise at home now (I love the Wii) for about 30 min. every day, being sure to burn at least 100 calories.
Personal Information:
I live in Cedar Rapids Iowa with my wonderful husband, Patrick, precious baby Zoey, and our two cats, Naomi and Goliath.
