I want to get healthier and lose some weight. I've been at a plateau for a few years - just about 10 pounds from my 'ideal' weight. Let's get there!

Hi! Thanks for the add:) Major congratulations for completing your first 5K!!! I am biting nails to sign up for one. Kind of hanging out in week 8 or the rookie running program. Need to just push it and run the whole way through:)
