Chocolate is the hardest thing to ditch for me. It's so hard to fight sweets at bday parties and stuff but over time you get the will power! I have been on here before and didn't loose much at all. This time around, I'm really keeping track of my calories and although I haven't worked out much lately, I'm still loosing weight by watching what I eat and how much I eat. We all need to work out too but just take your time....it will all work out. I'm here if you need to talk or you're having a bad day and need a lift and motivation.
