Blue Winter Goals For All My Seasons

5% Challenge commitment:
Today is day one again! Here I go, Three, Two, One.
My largest meal at breakfast, about 500 calories, a snack around 10 or 10:30, Lunch will be around 400 calories and dinner will be my lowest calories around 300 or less. If I have a craving after dinner I will snack on an orange or apple.
It is my plan to stay active daily and adding in more toning workouts and drinking lots of water. If I am unable to track my meals on line, I will write it out. ...

In 2009 my doctor told me I would have to take cholesterol meds to lower my cholesterol and then when the Long Term Health Care application was rejected because I was 20 lbs over their limit, I knew it was time again to try to get to a healthier weight. Besides, I hated how I looked in a pic!
Really to stay motivated isn't very easy for me, I need a support system, and constant reminders. The weight creeps back in to my life when I don't keep my goals in check.
The SP Fitness Tracker is awesome, I love mapping the different routs we take. After logging my food I use the daily analysis, it is great to see that my eating and exercise was in sync or not!

My Goals:
1. Workout in a.m.
2. Eat within my calorie zone
3. Drink 8 - 10 or more water daily

8. Go to bed early and wake up early (8 hrs)
9. Maintain a healthy weight the rest of my life

My Program:
Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment. What type of exercise will you do? Cardio: Stationary bike 30 min, step aerobics dvd 45 min, Leslie Sansone walking 45 min, outdoor walking 45 min or more and biking for 45 to 60 min corecamper.com (full body in under 20 min) SP bootcamp, and strength training from dvds, & my own routine. my daily goal is between 45 & 60 min up to 90 min depending on activity (5 or 6 days a week.)
I am not perfect, but I am persistent.
My nutrition plan is to follow the Spark Solution plan.
It is hard to stay within my calorie range I take psyllium husk with almond milk most nights (in with the good & out with the bad)
I am most successful when I plan ahead by thinking about what I will eat in the upcoming week


Personal Information:
Walking, biking, aerobics, and strength training, are my favorite way to be active. Using the hula hoop is fun too, but I don't burn off many calories doing it.
I am determined to stay motivated!

Since before we retired, my dear hubby and I have been walking for over 10 yrs and he is one of my best hiking & biking partners!

Other Information:
My DH & I celebrate 30 yrs of marriage this year and have been snowbirds for 5yrs now.
I am a self-taught knitter and crocheter, I'm also a papercrafter. I've made handmade greeting cards and other paper crafts for a few years now.

HI there!! I am not a Doggie either, I stepped down from Leader, and somehow missed receiving an invite this round. But Thank God I had joined CampWannBeFit, who are having their own 5% Challenge. And they are ALSO AWESOME!! Well, I also gained back 10, and am taking each pound off NOW!! We can, and we will.

I WONDERED where you were,,, figured the Dawggie Catcher had gotten you !! U ARE TAGGED though !! Could they not scan it due to ALL that fur you have on,, , or hmmm I HOPE NOT, but were all kicking,, biting when caught????

ENJOY being on the Clover team this challenge, but PLZ RUN BACK HOME to us when its over,, if you wanna coe on during the break in 8 weeks,, just say so and we'll send an invite !

The Clover team is sooo much FUN !!! They get along very well,,, and well there's NO Alpha Dawg upon ur case "WHERE's THAT TIME GAL"? And if you MUST miss a season,, wintah is the BEST time to do so. for we are pulling the sled around, up in the FROZEN Tundra of the Northern woods in Canada ! WOOHOO GREAT WORK OUT !!! Makes my eyes shine !
