Maintaining on the sliding scale and beyond. Life has given me challenges that I need to learn how to cope with on a daily basis. Retirement has brought me to the time in my life that I’m the healthiest I have ever been. Most days I wonder why it took me over half my life to figure out some of the mysteries.
my favorite challenge is eating one pound of veggies a day. Half cooked and half raw.
