You're already off to a great start... I see you've designed your Spark page, and joined a few teams - posting on the message boards of those teams is a great way to meet people and make friends.
As far as what to do to lose weight, I'd suggest you use the food and exercise trackers. Try to track all of your food every day - even though you already eat healthy foods, maybe the problem is in the amount of food - tracking will help you stay within your calorie limit and that alone should lead to weight loss. And maybe you could add daily cardio to your strength exercise - you can do it right at home, there are loads of exercise videos on this site, or you can use any other cardio video, or walk or bike or whatever, but cardio is really important to weight loss.
