*Drink no soda.

*Walk at least 3 times a week.

*Do other exercise at least twice a week.

*Don't get down on myself if I don't lose as quickly as I want.

My Program:
Cardio - 3-4 times a week.

Weight/Strength - 3 times a week

No soda

Personal Information:
I'm a teacher, mom to a teenager, and a wife. I love everything about my life, except my weight. I have become almost obsessed with it. I'm originally from Oklahoma (Go Cowboys!) but live in sunny Florida now. I look forward to getting to know many new friends who can help me overcome this obstacle in my life.

Other Information:
I love Tim McGraw, reading, and going to the beach. I love being a mom, though I find it to be one of the biggest challenges of my life! I'm a very optimistic, upbeat person, and I love meeting new people.

Hello and Welcome to Sparks. Congrats on making this first step to getting healthy. Here, you will recieve lots of info on how to change your life for good. There also is many sparkers waiting to welcome you and encourage you while you are on this journey. Don't let this place overwhelm you. It will take a couple of weeks to really feel like you know what you are doing. The most important thing I can say to you is NEVER GIVE UP. No matter how many times you may fall, just pick yourself up and keep going. Find teams that will meet your needs. Then post everyday. This will help keep you accountable. Find those who have lost the weight. I like hanging out with them because they did it. If you need anything just let me know. If I don't know the answer I will help find it.
