Happy Mom. Happy Wife. Great (but very demanding) Job in a new country! Trying to keep everyone happy , live life, and integrate into a new culture (fitness habits, food, lifestyle). Not the easiest.... but trying to stay motivated!

My Goals:
Wishing to lose 10-15lbs to get to goal weight. 10 is good, 15 is a little ambitious and difficult to maintain but I am pleased with every lost pound!

My Program:
My goal is to eat better. I eat healthy but have a tendancy to overeat (healthy and non healthy foods) socially. Weekend cocktail socials don't help. My goal is to also get back to running and lifting several days a week.
