Hi, I'm a 39 year old mom of 4 that has lost 85 pounds in the past year and a half. I made it to my goal weight and just had a "Mommy Makeover"! I lost the weight by tracking my food & walking every day, but now I need to work on eating better & gaining back the muscle I lost. I'm realizing that maintenance is just as hard as losing the weight in the first place.

My Goals:
I AM going to maintain my weight loss, eat healthier (more veggies) & get stronger!
My Program:
Currently I can eat whatever I want but if I gain 3 pounds I'm back tracking my food until I lose it. I take the dog for 2 daily walks for about 45 minutes. I am going to join the Y and start taking yoga 3 times/week
