My Goals:
Tone my stomach even more! Lose the upper thigh weight. Narrower hips! More cardio endurance!

My Program:
Gym every day but Thursdays! Cardio for at least 30min and then at least 5 machines, rotating body areas. Eating healthy, mostly natural meals!
