The Year 2011
2011 is going to be my year. I have joined Curves again after not being there for a year and a few months. I know that I need the motivation of friends and that's why I joined SP.

I am a country music fan and love todays artists.
I also am an avid book reader, I like chic-lit authors who use female England characters with strong but funny personalities... my favorites are Sophie ...

My Goals:
I am an active member of Curves (circuit training) since this year in January. I also would like to start doing some Zumba workouts.
My Program:
I have been eating a variety of different foods including whole wheat bread and crackers, mixed unsalted nuts, multigrain cereals, fresh fruit and frozen vegetables. I have cut down on my salt intake and cheeses.

Hi my name is Stephanie, I hope we can be friends. I live in Alabama. I moved to AL fr WA state after living in Seattle for over 35 years. Why did I move? Because my husband Steve is originally from here. I don't have any kids but I do have a few fur babies.
