I have once again joined WW at work (4/8/10).
Weight Watchers ended May 13, 2008. I have switched over to counting calories instead.
I am constantly tempted by the wrong foods, desserts and overeating if the food is really good. Burgers and fries are my weakness.
I try to exercise 4-5 times a week but food is my biggest obstacle. I am trying to change my eating habits........less is more.
Be positive and be blessed.

My Goals:
I am trying to get from 168 (current weight) to at least 150 lbs. I think that would be an ideal size for me.

My Program:
I am not on a "diet" persay, as much as changing my diet to include healthier choices and less food. I also try to work out at least 4x's per week. I started jogging with some friends from work. About 3 miles.

Personal Information:
I'm in California and that means swim suit season is coming. Yikes!
4/8/10 update:
Well I still in a 12, but I gained about 8 lbs. from my lowest loss of 162. I am on WW, so I hope to do well, stick to it and keep the weight off.
8/21/08 update:
Well I got into my size 12 tankini, but its still a little snug so I am still on a mission.
9/9/08 update:
Well fall is soon approaching and then winter....that means holiday food. Really have to watch myself to not put on that winter coat.
8/13/09 update:
I am in a two piece bikini. I feel confident in it, but I want to improve.

Other Information:
Count your blessings. Be positive. The glass is always half full.

Hey Ana,
I read your profile, and you have alot of the same temptations. I would like to share with you a new thing im trying. Its called the ACV diet. Apple Cidar Vinegar Diet. Take 2 teaspoons in a glass of water and drink it Before breakfast lunch and dinner. It really curbs those cravings, and make you feel full. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

You can buy Braggs Apple cidar vinegar at wholefoods or any health food store. Cheap too!!! 3.99 for a big bottle. :-)

Aww...thanks for the compliment! You seem to be doing well yourself...almost 30 pounds! Just remember it takes time. I started my exercising and change in diet back in August of 2007...my weight didn't budge until February of 2008! I think I was busy building muscle, which helps to burn fat in the long run. I'll add you as my friend so I can check back with you sometime!
