Hey Ana, I read your profile, and you have alot of the same temptations. I would like to share with you a new thing im trying. Its called the ACV diet. Apple Cidar Vinegar Diet. Take 2 teaspoons in a glass of water and drink it Before breakfast lunch and dinner. It really curbs those cravings, and make you feel full. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Aww...thanks for the compliment! You seem to be doing well yourself...almost 30 pounds! Just remember it takes time. I started my exercising and change in diet back in August of 2007...my weight didn't budge until February of 2008! I think I was busy building muscle, which helps to burn fat in the long run.
