How is the journey today? Weekends are sometimes tough for me, I always laugh when people say, "yay for the weekend, I have it off!" My response is, "you must not have little people underfoot!"

Anyway, welcome to Montana and I see you are also on the Christian Living team. So am I! I hope we can become cyberfriends at least. We live so close to each other we should get together and do some hiking this summer. Bring your son and we can go as mom-and-son day!
This struggle with food and "losing weight" is more about changing the way you think about food and how it "satisfies" you. so many times we eat out of boredom or for comfort that we don't realize how many calories or how much of a good thing we are feeding ourselves!
Put God first and he'll put you first. Read every morning for 5 minutes before getting into the shower for work. You'll be super blessed you did. That little bit of spiritual time will help set the tone for the day. Begin (if you haven't already) in Proverbs. Read the Proverbs that corresponds with the day and be blessed by the wisdom found in there from the wisest man on the planet!
