My Goals:
I would absolutely LOVE to wake up tomorrow and POOF! be a regular sized woman. BUT, since that ain't never gonna happen, I will press forward to live as healthy as I can. I would LOVE to be able to run for more than one minute at a time. By next year I plan to either walk or walk/run in my first 5K. I want to buy some really cute clothes when I am at my goal weight. Jeans and t-shirts are BORING!
My Program:
As of May 23, 2013 I will be aiming to get in at least a half an hour of walking on most days.
Personal Information:
I am 46 years old and will celebrate 30 years of marriage this October. I have one son and three beautiful daughters. I work part time at an elementary school.
Other Information:
I am TRYING to enjoy cooking. I think I would like it more if I had more successes in the new things I try. (I hate spending money on recipes and then not liking them. GRRR!) I enjoy scrapbooking but don't seem to find as much time to enjoy it as much as I'd like. My free time is spent relaxing with my family (i.e. movie night at home, board games, going out to eat). I also enjoy going to the gym on a regular basis once I get it started. :)
