I have recently turned 60, and I want to lose this excess weight and improve my health. On 6/15/15, I weighed 233.6 (my highest weight ever was 237). I would like to attain and maintain a healthy weight.

My long-range goal is to reach 140 because that would be a normal BMI, not overweight and not obese.

Fitness Minutes: 35

My Goals:
My long-range goal: I'd like to reach 140 because it's a normal BMI, not overweight and not obese.


My Program:
I'm going to:

--Remember to take my meds daily!

--Drink three to four bottles of water each day to equal 6 to 8 cups.

--Exercise gently for current limitations due to fibromyalgia.

--Use portion control.

--Not eat after 8 p.m.

--Tell myself "No!" when I should, even if it's minute by minute!

--Eat more fruits and vegetables.

I'm a Christian woman in my sixties, married, with children and grandchildren. We also have two cats. :)
