Well, some Spark Friend I turn out to be! we just add each other and I drop off the site! I'm sorry. I have been trying so hard to get more sleep, especially weeknights. So I've only stayed on SparkPeople long enough to track food and exercise, sometimes update my status, then I get off. If I start reading blogs and visiting everyones pages I'll be up another hour or two. It's a problem because I have to be up and out early for a long and tiring work-day. So right now most of my checking in will be on weekends. I hope you are doing well and making good progress! emoticon emoticon
