It's funny how different dog parks have different cultures. My neighbor's told me about one out east where the people are "stuck up". I do go to Randolph since it's closest to my house. It probably has more than its share of pit bulls. Unfortunately. There are frequently dog fights. Fortunately my dog stays out of them and knows how to take care of herself. She's a "little scrapper". The regulars, dogs and people at Randolph are very nice. What bothers me most are the people who bring their little kids and let them run around without supervision. I really worry about those kids. One of these days I think something serious is going to happen. I honestly don't know what to do about it however. One person once brought it to the attention of a parent and that parent got very abusive! Another parent punished their kid for crying because some dogs pushed him over. Weekends are the worst in this regard. 2365 days ago
Thanks for your comments on my blogs. It was interesting to read your view point on the Biggest Loser. In regards to Three Kings Day I'm glad you enjoyed that blog. It's called Dio de los Reyes in Mexico (Day of the Kings). There is nothing wrong with little splurges here and there. My frustration is with not being able to do a little splurge. It's an all or nothing type of deal. But I'll figure it out one of these days.
I'm sleepy too. Hope we both wake up. Have a good day! Barbara 2366 days ago
